In a heating cable, the resistance value in any distance of the same length is equal. The heating cable is connected with the cold wire through a sealed and waterproof junction box. When the cold wire is applied with voltage, the current passes through the heating cable. Due to the obstruction of resistance, the electric energy is converted into heat energy and emitted in the form of radiation, and its thermal efficiency is up to more than 97%. The heat is first absorbed by the cement layer, and then the dense objects and air in the room are heated by conduction and radiation. According to the different internal structure of heating cable, it is divided into single conductor, double conductor and unshielded conductor.
