| 系统水压试验要求 System Hydraulic Test Requirements 1)试压前应关闭水表后阀门，进行室内管路系统打压。 1) Before pressure test, the valve behind the water meter should be closed and the indoor pipeline system should be pressed. 2)将试压管道末端封堵缓慢注水，同时将管道内气体排出。充满水后进行密封检查。 2) Block the end of the pressure test pipeline to inject water slowly, and discharge the gas in the pipeline at the same time. Sealing inspection shall be carried out after filling with water. 3)加压宜采用手动泵或电动泵缓慢升压。升至规定试验压力(一般水路8个压)后，停止加压，观察接头部位是否有渗水现象。 3) Manual pump or electric pump should be used to increase pressure slowly. Upon reaching the prescribed test pressure (8 pressures in general waterway), stop the pressure and observe whether there is water seepage in the joint. 4)稳压后，半小时内的压力降不超过0.05MPa为合格。 4) After stabilization, the pressure drop of less than 0.05 MPa in half an hour is qualified. 5)试压结束，必须做好原始记录，并签字确认。 5) At the end of the pressure test, the original record must be made and signed for confirmation. 6)水路改造施工后，要出具水路改造施工走向图。 6) After the construction of waterway reconstruction, it is necessary to produce a map of the construction trend of waterway reconstruction. |
