暖气和地暖供回水温
Heating and heating return water temperature
地暖是将温度不高于60℃的热水或发热电缆,暗埋在地热地板下的盘管系统内,再加热整个地面,通过地面均匀地向室内辐射散热的一种采暖方式。暖气的供回水温度一般是95/70℃,而地暖的供回水温度不高于60/50℃。如果整个小区是暖气采暖,只有单层用户想改装地暖,为确保加热盘管使用寿命,通常做法是在供回水进户处增设板式换热器或混水降温装置。这一装置的安装,能把采暖系统高温水置换成低温水,安装时切记不可直接将地暖管与采暖供回水管道相接。如直接相连,地暖管承载水温过热会致使管材损坏,影响地暖系统的寿命。
The floor heating is a hot water or heating cable with a temperature not
higher than 60 DEG C, buried in the coil system under the geothermal
floor, and then heating the whole ground to radiate heat evenly through
the ground to the room. Heating supply and return water temperature is
generally 95/70 degrees, while the heating water temperature is not
higher than 60/50 degrees. If the estate is heating heating, only a
single user wants to warm, to ensure that the service life of the
heating coil, the usual practice is to return water into the outdoor
heat exchanger or adding water mixing cooling device. The installation
of this device can replace the heating system with high temperature
water into low temperature water. When installing, remember that the
heating pipe can not be directly connected with the heating supply and
return pipe. If directly connected to the ground heating pipe bearing
water temperature overheating will lead to damage to the pipe, affecting
the life of the ground heating system.
阻力平衡问题
Resistance balance problem
地暖的阻力比暖气大,约为暖气的十倍之多。在改装地暖时如果盲目在原暖气系统上增设加热盘管,可能导致暖气系统压力不足,热水难以循环,整个地暖系统难以正常运行散热。因此在改装时,建议增设混水恒温装置,通过循环泵强制循环。注意:如果增设混水装置时,由于难以估算原暖气系统阻力,选择的循环泵过大时,有可能会影响其他用户正常采暖。专家建议在循环泵增设一个旁通,如果阻力过大不能满足地暖系统时,可开启循环泵。

circulating pump to add a bypass, if the resistance is too large, can
not meet the ground heating system, you can open the circulating pump.
地暖管盘不宜过长

地暖管盘越长,产生的阻力越大,运行时耗电越多。这就要求各个环路的长度不要相差太大,以免水力失调,造成有的环路热,有的环路不热。一般各个环路长度差不要超过10%,各管路以不超过120米为宜。

resulting in some loop heat, and some loop is not hot. Generally, the
length of each loop shall not exceed 10%, and the pipeline shall be no
